Step 1, select a ride.
Review our club rides on the Schedule to get an idea of what we do and where we go. Kindly find dates, times and meeting locations with details of each ride – pace, regroups, duration, etc. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via Connect. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
Come prepared with an introduction (name) and a willingness to be greeted with friendly smiles.
We ask that you respect the laws of the road and use proper cycling etiquette while riding in the group.
AWRL & Gear
Step 2, participate.
Before you roll to your first NVRC ride, please submit your Waiver and Release of Liability. Once that's done, show up with a helmet, a bike in good working order, a saddle bag of flat fixings, a cell phone and an idea of where we / you are going - refer to the posted ride.
In the unfortunate event you get a flat, we'll stop and help you. No one likes to be left behind.
If you get dropped, we encourage you to try again and ask for strategic advice for staying with the group, or pick a more appropriately paced ride for your needs.
Join the Club
Step 3, become a member.
After a ride or two, you may consider joining our ride club and email list for a weekly update of ride offerings.
Club membership is just that... being on an email list with the ability to unsubscribe at any time, and your information will not be used for any other reason besides the ride-recap email, ride post or club offerings. Membership is FREE!
Our goal is to ride with like-minded cyclists, for fun, fitness and friendship. We simply just want to ride.
